I have been a wellness fitness nutrition coach for 6 years no. I would like to think I have a unique approach to things. I don't just instruct my client I do everything with them,showing them the correct technique, and following through on each step. I have extensive experience in fitness, soccer, softball and basketball. I am also a certified nutrition coach.
I will always go the extra mile to ensure my client can call anytime with any questions, I will provide a written fitness plan, and if needed nutrition.
