More About Coach Nigel

I have coached on all levels including beginners, middle school level, high school level, college and professional level. I have coached basketball for over 8 years. while playing professional basketball all around the world I have coached be division teams as well as junior teams of the club I have played for. I also coach on a professional level being an assistant coach on the national team for the island of Grenada. I have been training and coaching individuals throughout New York City and around the world. My coaching experience is one of great knowledge and understanding for the game of basketball. Not only can I teach the game of basketball but I understand how the basketball world works, helping individuals achieve their next goal is one of my great passions.

I started my athletic career at the junior college D1 level(Carl Albert Jr College) Where I was All American. After being recruited by over 17 division one schools all around United States I went on to play at Saint Francis College in New York City. After that I played eight years professionally as well as having numerous workouts with NBA teams.

Each client is unique judging by skill level I will target the area is pertaining to the potential of the athlete. A basic rundown of my style of training will be a warm-up of dynamic stretching, series of ballhandling drills, right into spot shooting, developing our way into a more dynamic and fast-paced style of training with basic cutting and finishing as well as shooting moves.

Coach Nigel tries to look for the individual players strengths and weaknesses to try and help them improve their game individually. He encourages you to learn the basics first and gradually helps you advance to the next level.

Coach Nigel was great. He made my son who is very shy feel comfortable and he was very encouraging throughout the session. It's only been one lesson and I can see Coach Nigel was the right choice.

Coach Nigel is very professional and responsive! Highly recommend Coach Nigel!
