Experience coaching girls ages 6-12 for two years on a competition squad then transitioned to high school for one year coaching both boys and girls.

I was a competition cheerleader since age 12. High school Captain of my squad for two years consecutively. I was trained at Just Cheer academy in New Jersey and have a number of titles, trophies and certificates in my honor

We would start with warm up and work on arms and legs to make sure moves are sharp and defined throughout chants and cheers followed by jump warm ups to perfect toe touch and herkies and I also help with stunts and tumbling depending on the client's level of advancement
