I have great experience in this field. I currently own and operate my own fitness business. I offer one on one personal training for all ages and backgrounds. My services are mobile. This gives my clients the opportunity to train at a location comfortable for them. Each session is tailored to fit the needs of the individual client.

I am currently a certified Fitness Personal Trainer through the International Sports and Science Association. I make it a point to provide a safe and fun atmosphere for every client I train while working hard to help the good people of our community live longer, happier, and healthier lives. All sessions are One on One. This gives me the opportunity to focus my complete attention on my client. I focus on all aspects of overall lifetime fitness, while keeping each client's individual goals in mind.

As a young man, I was overweight and very out of shape. I did not have the guidance or knowledge to point me in the direction of a healthy lifestyle. I took in upon myself to gain as much knowledge as possible through training and education to reach my goal of being physically and mentally fit. Within a very short time, I reached my goal and felt great!!
Throughout the years to follow, I continued to better myself physically while also pursuing further education. I now have a strong desire to help others reach and surpass their health and fitness goals.
I began my training business in 2012, with One goal in mind. HELP OTHERS!! I have since helped many adults and children realize the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. My Personal Training Service's are designed for the clients convenience. Providing Mobile Service allows me to fit your training program into your busy lifestyle. One of the most common reasons why individuals do not stick with a Fitness Program is Accountability. Having your trainer come to you eliminates this issue. Many people new to fitness also are often nervous and self conscious about training at a busy facility. My Mobile Training Service allows me to train you at a location which is comfortable and enjoyable for you. It's YOUR choice !
I focus on the Personal aspect of personal training. Each session is One on One. This gives me the opportunity to focus my total attention on the client and his or her personal needs. Each session is approximately 90 minutes in length but can vary depending on the client and is conducted at a location of the clients choice.
Prior to any new program, I conduct a client assessment. This allows me to get to know each client as an individual, while also gaining an understanding of their current health and physical fitness level. This is a great time for my client and I to establish our professional relationship. It is recommended that all clients have a medical examination and clearance from their personal physician prior to starting any new exercise program.
I begin each session with proper warm up and stretching. I utilize this time to prepare the client mentally for the session ahead. During this time, we also discuss any concerns the client may have prior to the workout. Most sessions are approximately 90 minutes in length, but can vary depending on each clients needs.

I know it is important for each client to see on paper the goals and milestones they have reached. Each client will receive personalized "My Fitness" Progress Reports on a BI Weekly basis with detailed information on the progress they have made.
