I have coached youth lacrosse ages 8 and up since I was in high school. I have been a coach at camps around the country such as the Naval Academy, Fairfield University, and local high school camps. I have played lacrosse for over 16 years and played for a High school national champion team in 2006. I have also served as a graduate assistant coach for one year at the collegiate level.

In my career playing attack, I was a 3 time high school all conference, 3 time all state, Wisconsin All American, and played for team Wisconsin 3 straight years. I played college lacrosse at the division 3 level at Gwynedd University where I was a 5 time conference player of the week and all conference. I left my school as it's all time leading scorer. I was invited to the U 19 team USA tryouts after my junior year in high school.

What a client should expect is a session where we improve areas that they feel need improvement while also focusing on fundamentals. First we would touch on basics in stick handling and agility then move on to more advanced areas as the player improves.
