Started my career as a starting pitcher and in 2009 was converted into a closer. My fastball was clicked as high as 101 mph. With proper technique and strength the sky is the limit.

A typical session will focus on proper mechanics and strengthening of the muscles in the shoulders and back to withstand the force of throwing a baseball. A throwing program will be implemented and be asked to follow. The proper mechanics lead to less arm trouble and better overall command
