More About Coach Nic

I have trained dozens of people over the past 10+ years to build muscle, lose weight, build endurance and/or enhance sport specific skills. I'm an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and I provide fully customized food plans, workouts and free weight/body weight training.

I enjoy training people of all ages and fitness backgrounds. I've trained clients working out for the first time and athletes for sports such as basketball, ground tennis, track and football.

Sessions are 25 - 75 minutes in length, depending on the client's fitness level and specific goals. Workouts include a 5 minute warm up, 5 min cool down and a progressive workout session for the remaining time.
