I Cheered for 8 years. From middle school up until my collegiate career at St. Josephs College. During which time I was able to become a U.C.A All-American (2010,2011)
I Coached for 4 years. I starting coaching at a program I founded and brought into fruition at John Bowne High School. in Flushing N.Y. The team now has 1 UCA All-American and seniors going on to Cheer at top Colleges. (Hofstra, U of L)
I Coached All Star levels 1-4 at various All Star Gyms and Rec centers.
AACCA Cheerleading Coach Certification NFHS Spirit Safety Certification
American Red Cross Certification(s): First Aid, CPR, AED
During my cheerleading career I was able to tryout for and become became a Universal Cheerleading Association (U.C.A) All American twice. (2009, 2010) at Pine Forest Cheerleading Camp. Which allowed for me to travel to London with U.C.A and Perform with them through my stay.
In addition to this, I have also have had the pleasure of coaching girls that have moved on to Cheer at top colleges across america!
-We sit and discus areas which you hope to improve, and recall problems.
-We go on to then asses your abilities with drills and a few quick skill progressions.
-Warm up with light conditioning and stretches.
-Then we finally focus and key in on areas to improve! with tried and true muscle isolation and technique builders.
-Session ends with us forming action plan and practice regime to ensure maximum gain
