More About Coach Nicholas
Coached for 5 years in the Uk with academy teams and also 2 years now in the States, with teams, and also private sessions whether that be a 1on1 session or small group sessions, a lot of playing experience from the Premier League in England to now in the USL championship with Tampa Bay Rowdies
Left school at the age of 16 in England to go full time professionally with Sheffield Utd, played in the English premier league with them and also the English championship before moving to Scotland to play for Glasgow rangers for 3 seasons, and then moved out to the United States to play in the USL championship with Indy eleven and now Tampa bay rowdies, along side playing also coached at all age groups at my retrospective clubs, also privately one on one but also in small groups
Start with a small warm up, usually involving the ball, some speed work also, and focusing on technique, using both feet, then move into some receiving and passing work, dribbling, crossing shooting, try and cover everything that you need to play the game of soccer, but also like to focus on what the player feels he/she wanted to work on there game, and try and plan the session around that
