I possess over a decade of coaching experience in youth soccer, spanning NCFC, SportHQ, and Triangle United across rec, challenge, and individuals at the academy levels. My commitment to professional growth is evident through grassroots courses and volunteering, and I've shared my knowledge by authoring several coaching ebooks.

I have a rich athletic background, having played non-league sports at Morehouse College. Additionally, I contributed to high school and Navy athletic teams, although I didn't advance to collegiate or professional levels, nor did I secure specific athletic awards during my playing career.

1. First Touch: Develop a soft and controlled first touch to maintain possession.

3. **Ball Mastery**: Close ball control through cone drills and 1v1 moves.

4. **Dribbling**: Progression from basic to advanced dribbling techniques, using cones and agility ladders.

5. **Passing**: Drills to improve accuracy and technique in short and long passing.

6. **Finishing**: Working on various shooting techniques, from volleys to one-on-one finishing.

Sessions follow a structured format with warm-ups, skill drills, and cool-downs. Each session is customized to the player's level and goals, with gradual difficulty progression and continuous feedback for improvement.
