More About Coach Neal

I have been coaching for many years at all levels and ages. I coached an academy team in Germany and a boys high school varsity team in the states, winning two state championships. I helped coach the academy team at Lexington's pro team as well. I have been a private coach for the last years.

I currently play professionally with Louisville City. I have played professionally for the last 6 years. I played in Germany at the beginning of my career and moved back to the states to continue it.

The first session we will work all sides of the game technically, so I can see where the athlete is at, what they're good at and what they need to work on. After that, I will create a plan that will help the athlete develop in accordance to their goals and areas of weakness.

What sets Coach Neal apart is how well he explains things in a way that is detail oriented but the kids can also understand it. We have worked with a number of pro players and coaches, but just because they can play at a high level or coach at a high level doesn't mean they can break the game down in a way that kids can understand and then apply to their own game. Neal meets your kid where he's at and will make him or her better every session - guaranteed.
Coach Neal is the best coach we've ever had in 10 years in soccer. He processes details so fast, and is able to understand where the athlete is at, what they do well, and what they need to work on in the first 10 minutes of training with them. He also is awesome at working at the mental side of the game as well. Our son was on the 3rd team 2 years ago, and was one of the best players on his academy team this past season, all because of Coach Neal. Can't recomend him enough!
