AMFPT certified master trainer. I’ve trained an extremely diverse combination of males and females; athletes, mothers, fathers, lawyers as well as many others. Whether you are a rising star looking to take your game to the next level or someone who is tired of looking in the mirror in the morning and envisioning changes, Witfit can help you get there. I have experience training people ranging from ages 16-63. I've worked at big chain gyms like Bally’s, small private fitness firms and I currently am running my own training business, Witfit Fitness.

High school All-State and All-American running back. #6 all time highest rushing yards average per game. Moved into the top ten all-time high school single season rushing list in 1999. National Strength and Conditioning All-American in 2004. All-Conference and All-American collegiate running back. Played tailback and cornerback at UMass-Amherst and also played tailback at Norwich University.

Each program is custom designed to fit the needs of each individual I train, but all my clients can still expect to receive flexibility, strength and cardiovascular training in each session. Sports specific movements, plyometrics, core, agility, speed and endurance training are also used to help you reach and exceed your goals.
