More About Coach Natalee

Founder of NSSKILLS since 2020, I have trained over 500 athletes across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, ranging from age 5 to collegiate level. My training program focuses on player development through individualized sessions, film analysis, and advanced skill work. Many of the athletes I’ve worked with have earned college offers, a testament to the quality and impact of the training provided. I am expanding into the Austin area and looking to train players. I coached for DKSC for a few years in Dallas and decided to take the personal training route further, so now I am a full time private trainer looking to share the love of the game to others.

A highly accomplished soccer player with an elite track record, I began my journey with ECNL FC Dallas, competing at the highest level of youth soccer in the nation. As a standout athlete, I was recognized among the Top 100 recruits in the country in 2017, a testament to years of dedication, technical skill, and competitive drive.

During my club career, I helped lead FC Dallas to a 2nd-place national finish, competing against the best teams in the U.S. and gaining invaluable experience on the national stage. My performance at the club level earned me the opportunity to play Division I soccer at Texas Christian University (TCU), where I continued to develop my game against top collegiate programs.

In high school, I was a four-year varsity starter and was named Most Valuable Player all four years—a rare accomplishment that speaks to my leadership, consistency, and impact on the field. My career reflects not only competitive success but also a relentless commitment to excellence, teamwork, and growth as a player.

I build more than soccer players—I build confident athletes by getting to know who they are individually, how they learn best, and shaping training through that lens; when you feel understood, trust grows, learning accelerates, and performance follows.

Each training session is meticulously structured to foster skill development, tactical understanding, and mental resilience. We commence with a dynamic warm-up that includes light jogging, agility drills, and ball control exercises, preparing both the body and mind for the session ahead. This phase not only enhances physical readiness but also sets a positive tone for the training.

Following the warm-up, we delve into technical drills focusing on specific skills such as passing, dribbling, or shooting. These exercises are designed to improve precision and technique, providing players with the tools to execute effectively during matches.

The core of the session involves small-sided games that simulate real-game scenarios, encouraging decision-making, teamwork, and adaptability. These games are tailored to reinforce the skills practiced earlier, ensuring practical application in a competitive environment.

We conclude with a cool-down period, incorporating static stretching and a brief reflection. This allows players to recover physically and mentally, reinforcing the day's learning and fostering a sense of accomplishment.
