There have been a lot of accomplishments as an athlete over the years but the one I’m most proud of as a tennis player is being a team captain and learning to lead because it has taught me the most as a person. I think anyone in an individual sport can understand that perspective, life is better when you get to share the accomplishments as a team.

My focus is build the athlete first then the tennis will follow. I enjoy making technical changes but I have found a lot of tennis athletes at every level are missing specific athletic tools for success on court. Athletic development starts young, and studies show the biggest advancements athletically can come during the age range of 7-12. Specificity in Physical, Mental, and Tennis development is key.
