Natalie is the proud owner of NashBFit, LLC. After recently serving as the Director of Fitness at Hillwood Country Club Natalie decided to pursue her dream of owning her own health and fitness business. After completing her collegiate basketball career, she became the assistant women’s basketball coach at D1 Florida Atlantic University for five years. In 2009, she achieved her Master’s Degree in Health and Human Performance from Austin Peay State University. She began her fitness profession at the Maryland Farms YMCA as a lifestyle coach/personal trainer where her broad coaching experience complimented athletes in addition to working with the novice health seekers. She has gained specialized training through Titleist Performance Institute in preparing the golf enthusiast focusing on functional exercise progressions and overcoming any physical restrictions limiting one’s potential and efficiency. As a nationally certified personal trainer, her passion is motivating others to reach their full potential providing a challenging yet enjoyable, rewarding experience. She loves helping her clients achieve their goals, gaining a competitive edge or simply leading them to a more active, healthy lifestyle. She understands the body’s physiology and processes and applies individualized programs to functional situations based on her clients needs. She works with all ages. Natalie’s certifications include: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, TPI Level II Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, Certified CrossFit Trainer, CPR & AED, and First Aid. Her heart and passion in the fitness industry are immeasurable as she is constantly pursuing a new challenge.

Originally from Evansville, Indiana, she completed a four-year collegiate basketball career that began at Saint Louis University and concluded at Southern Indiana. Her senior year she led her team to the NCAA Elite Eight. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations/Advertising and received many honors/athletic achievements including: GLVC Conference and Tournament Champions, NCAA Regional Champions, All-Conference, and Academic All-Conference. Upon graduation, she became the assistant women’s basketball coach at Florida Atlantic University for five years. In her final year of coaching, the team won their first ever Conference Tournament earning a bid to the NCAA tournament for the first time in school history. Natalie became a figure competitor and fitness model in 2009 capturing 2nd place in the NPC Tennessee State Figure Championship.

I have a passion, it's called Cross Country Dirt Bike Racing. This passion makes me want to become better and better at it. That's where Racing Nutrition and NashBFit came into play. Since I've begun my program, I have decreased body fat, and turned it into lean muscle mass. I have also greatly increased in strength, core, speed, endurance, and flexibility since beginning my program. After races I am no longer worn out, but find myself wanting to run more laps. I have known Natalie for many years. We played sports together in high school, then lost touch after I graduated.
