After 6 years of distance running, I had hit a plateau. I had been stuck at the same speed for about a year and, worse, I had sustained a number of injuries in the lead up to my first ultramarathon last year. As I prepared to fire up training for my second ultramarathon, I realized that I would need to shake things up in order to improve. In the 3 months I've been working Nabie, he’s increased my speed, improved my running times and reduced my susceptibility to injury. With his expertise, I’ve been able to reduce my PRs in both the 4 mile and 10k distances by at least 30 seconds per mile.
