I would start with a light jog, then incorporate stretches and agility stretches. Then, I would explain drills and how to do the next exercise ( cardio, infield, outfield, or pitching). Each individual is different so I would want to ask questions about their talent and abilities of what areas they want to focus on.

Monica knows her stuff! Her college playing experience and extensive coaching experience give her an abundance of real-life knowledge and understanding of the mechanics of the sport. She’s also very personable, positive, and very good with my daughter! You definitely want to get on Monica’s schedule!

Very knowledgeable for pitching, hitting & fielding.
