a Session plan is to be planned based on the needs of the Athlete. from strength and conditioning to, technical skills, ball mastery, ball control, first touch, passing accuracy, shooting, Attacking and Defending in 1v1, Free kicks and more.

My teenager (16) found Coach Said to be extremely helpful and fun to work with. He pays close attention to how a player moves with the ball, takes shots, etc. In our case, he noticed the slightest nuance in how left-footed shots were taken and gave a suggestion that dramatically improved the shot. Coach Said is a great coach! He worked with my 11 year old son for 3 sessions. My son plays travel soccer and needed to refine his skills. Coach Said did an initial assessment and picked up on areas that needed development. He put together a training plan that fits my sons need. My son has responded very well to him and wants to train regularly with him.

Coach Said was really able to analyze my daughters weaknesses very quickly. Now we can move forward with ways to correct what needs to be done much more accurately!
