I have coached all age groups and was a collegiate cheerleader. I'm looking to work part-time with kids of any age. Coached for UCA and did private lessons with Capital Gymnastics. Right now I do not have any industry certificates.

I cheered for Trinity Valley Community College where we got second in NCA Nationals. After TVCC I went on and cheered for Sam Houston State University where I graduated with a BFA in RTV and Public Relations. We also won second at SHSU three years in a row.

This is a tough question. Depends on the level of the child and what they are trying to achieve. For example are they trying to master their back handspring? If so in one hour we would warm up and begin working the basic skills to accomplish the back handspring. In cheerleading you have tumbling, motions, jumps, stunts, etc...
