I played at the highest level . I played 13 years professionally I went to college in Tennessee at Tennessee Tech University I started my basketball training program Hoop season 10 years ago in Charlotte Nc
Fundamentals first a foremost discipline an also knowledge of the game of basketball . I usually start my workouts off with a warm up to get the blood flowing then we move to ball handling which is a must to play basketball then we breach off to what’s needed for the client
