As a private instructor, I have trained over 40 pitchers who went on to play professional baseball, 13 of them in the MLB. I have also trained numerous HighSchool pitchers who went on to play college baseball along countless youth and travel ball pitchers

I first of all evaluate the player/pitcher's natural throwing pattern. If there is anything wrong, I fix that before attempting to teach them how to pitch. When I start teaching pitching, it is an individual process. The drills I choose are specific to a particular issue. I do NOT do a cookie cut progression of drills just to do them.
