I am an L-2 certified CrossFit trainer with 5 years of group and personal training experience. I work with all ages and backgrounds to develop a regimen to meet their specific goals whether it be weight loss, building strength/muscle or performance.

I have been a competitive CrossFitter for 4 years. Played football and baseball growing up as well as competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and boxing.

Sessions depend on goals but a typical one hour session contains the following
- Warm up and stretch
- Strength or Skill work
- Conditioning(interval/metcon)
-Cool down and stretch
