More About Coach Mikayil

I have trained athletes ranging from age 6-19. I have mostly done private coaching. Most of my work has been done in France. I also coached a u8 team in Switzerland. I do not possess any US certification, however I am working towards it. I am also completing an exercise science major.

I am currently a D2 NCAA soccer athlete. I also play at the APSL semi pro level. I used to compete in France and Switzerland in very competitive leagues where I even played against professionals.

I would say that all sessions are specific to my client and their needs. It also depends on the clients age. However in a sport like soccer, I do believe that technical ability is the best ability. Therefore I would make an emphasis on mastering the basics such as passing, your touch and shooting using a variety of cone drills. If needed for the client, I could mix in some plyometric exercises in order to get the client faster on the pitch.
