More About Coach Michelle

I have coached AAU girls basketball. I have also been an assistant coach at Marian High School for the past nine years, winning back-to-back state championships. I typically work with girls in middle school and high school.

I was an all state players at Marian High School in 2009. I went on to play in college at Hillsdale College and Madonna University. In 2012, I was named the Wolverine Hoosiers Athletic Conference Newcomer of the Year award.

Fundamentals are the core of mastering any basketball skill. I will start with mastering the fundamentals and then progress from there. Defense is another focus of mine. I will work on the defensive stance and footwork.

She was great when i had her.

Michelle has been doing a great job with my daughter. She is old school and works on the straight fundamentals and doesn't get caught up in all the toys some coaches like to have these days. She has a nice style and way about her while introducing things that will make my daughter a better player. She emphasizes the right things and knows what she is doing. We will defiantly use her again as my daughter likes her and likes that she doesn't just tell her, what to do or what is wrong, she shows her.

Great coach and very knowledgable. She is taking the time to explain tips and pointers to my daughter and she is learning a lot. Would highly recommend her.

She is very good coach. She pointed out the weaknesses and taught my daughter how to overcome them. She is building a good foundation so my daughter can become a better player.
