I am a basketball coach, skill development trainer, and co-founder of In Game Trainings. I currently live in New York city where
I often train at the Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan on the upper west side, but willing to travel and spread my knowledge and love for the sport. I've been coaching for the last 10 years with a versatile group of athletes, from small children just getting acquainted with the sport to high level high school and college athletes.

When asked about my accomplishments I usually shy away from them, but my passion for basketball started at a very young age. With a long list of basketball players in my family it led me to fall in love with the game and became a part of my life. My basketball career began at my local school and tournaments around the city of New York, and advanced to division 1 as a combo guard. I attended Chicago State University.

Sessions normally consist of warm-ups and exercises to avoid injuries, skill development based on skill set and desired goals, detailed fundamentals and techniques such as ball handling, shooting and passing with a balance of conditioning.
