I am a Certified Master Fitness Trainer with experience in youth sports performance training. I have trained middle school, high school, and college athletes in: basketball, baseball, softball, football, track and field, hockey, and volleyball.

As a youth, I played organized sports from the age of 8 through high school. I had the opportunity to run track and field at the collegiate level and also play college baseball. Instead, I became a medical specialist in the US Army. As an adult, I played semi-pro baseball, competitive softball, and ran in several 5k races.
Each session will be based off of a sports specific program designed for each client or team. An example speed training session includes:
