11 years coaching youth women’s lacrosse at both the standard and select level. Coached youth athletes from U9 (K-2) through U15 (7-8). A defensive minded coach who specializes in the cage. Coached goalies in to the high school and collegiate level. Developed 2 4yr varsity HS starting goalies and a division 1 collegiate goalie. Private 1-1 coaching experience with clients who focus on attack, defense and goaltending.
20+ years as a hockey goalie on ice, roller and floor hockey. 4 years of HS football where I helped my team win a HS Super Bowl. 4 years of HS tennis where I was elected to the regional CAC all star team and won a CAC double championship. 3 years of HS swimming (500m freestyle) and finished in the top 5 of the CAC in my event in the regional championship meet.
