I have been training clients in group kickboxing, and boxing classes for over 10 years. I train clients in boxing, kickboxing, mixed martial arts and core conditioning. I have trained thousands of clients in group classes over the years. I also focus on providing personal training for clients who may not be comfortable in group classes, or are looking to further refine their skills, and like the individual one to one approach. I have taught the very young to those in their senior years. I have received various degrees in the various martial arts. I am currently a USA certified boxing coach, and I continue to train in boxing, kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu and other martial arts with my peers outside the my training facility.
I have attained the rank of black belt in the the various karate, and Japanese Jiu Jitsu styles over the years. I no longer study karate systems, but now focus on training in Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA Striking and Jiu Jitsu to further develop my career as a coach and trainer. I believe in order to teach others, you must be participating as a life long student yourself.
A client can expect a safe and challenging workout. They can also expect to learn a skill set while increasing their fitness levels. For most clients looking to train in boxing as an example, there is no body contact to the clients unless they wish to train at that level. The client will be taught to use the various heavy bags, pad and mitt work, partner and conditioning drills. They will also be taught various boxing combinations. The focus will also be on proper balance, form, technique, conditioning, proper breathing, and striking. If a client is consistent in their training, and can make boxing part of their fitness regiment, they will definitely see great results. Most people do not know that boxing is considered one of the best fitness programs to participate in. Self esteem and confidence is also a consideration.

I have been going to MK Boxing for about 3 years now and wouldn't think of going to another gym. I can't say enough about it. I am in my 40's and feel stronger and better than ever. I take classes at MK 3 to 4 times a week and have had numerous instructors which all of them are all willing to teach you individually while the class is going on and they are all very patient. The gym itself is huge and very clean. They also have a weight lifting side of the gym that has all kinds of weights and machines along with the treadmills and bikes. I highly recomend this gym.

When you walk into MK Boxing, you are taken back by all the activity going on throughout the gym. The place is alive with activity, but at no point are the coaches not available to a new arrival to stop and answer questions. The coaches and other staff are friendly, knowledgable, and willing to help you out with anything, whether a technique, spot in the free weight area, or when the next class you can attend. The gym, overall, has everything a person wanting to improve their physical fitness level could ever want and then some.
