More About Coach Michael

I have been playing and coaching tennis for 35 years youth, high school, and collegiate athletes. I have worked at the Barnes Tennis Center and currently am The Head Men's Tennis Coach at San Diego Mesa College. I have also coached college basketball for 23 years for both men and women. I was the Head Men's Tennis Coach at Goucher College for 3 years.

I was voted Most Improved Player as a college senior. I also played intercollegiate basketball for 4 years and was voted MVP my junior year. I was All-Conference my senior campaign in doubles in tennis.

A session will depend on the clients goals and length of session. It will include but is not limited to conditioning, agility, point construction, diet, the five fitness components, skill development, and the mental side of the game.
