More About Coach Michael
OK so I don't like talking about myself but I've done alright. Coached College, Auburn University (2012-13) and University of Miami (2019-2022) and Professional Track & Field while also moonlighting with NBA and NFL talent ( Serge Ibaka , Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku, Miami Dolphins CB Noah Igbinoghene).
Developed: 18 Olympic track athletes with 7 gold medals, 11 World Champions, 1 world record holder
Created an evidence-based program for University of Miami Sprinters – ACC Champions and 3 Olympic Qualifiers in one year.
Used innovative physiological and psychological training to prepare future Olympians –accelerated a youth sprinter to World Champion in from 5-year plan to achieving goal in year 3 (Noah Lyles)
United States of America Track & Field (USATF) Level 1 certification
Competed at Auburn University from 2007-2011.
5-time NCAA All-American in Track and Field (200m Dash and 4x100m Relay)
Penn Relays winner 2011 (4x100m Relay)

First session will run 1 hour and 30 minutes
First 30 minutes: Evaluation of the athlete through warm up to get a feel for the canvas we'll be painting on.
Second 30 minutes : Teaching of basic drills, movements and concepts to build upon as we go forward.
Last 30 Minutes: Agility based games and proper cool down
Sessions after will run 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes.
Structure will include:
Progressive Warm up
Agility work tailored to the athletes needs
Speed and running mechanics
Read & react cognitive work
Proper Cool down!
Sessions after the first will run 1 hour to 1:15.
Each session will be based on results of evaluation and what the athlete needs.
