More About Coach Michael
Have coached wrestling at the high school level for 18 years. 14 years as a head coach. Bronze certified coach through USA Wrestling. I am a certified Secondary Math Teacher with a Bachelors Degree in Middle Level Mathematics from Wilmington University.
Delaware Individual State Qualifier and two-time MAWA Eastern National Qualifier in high school. Attended Thomas McKean High School and graduated in 2004. I started competing in wrestling at 10 years old for St. Elizabeth's CYO team.
Dynamic warm ups, drills that improve flexibility, strength and wrestling positioning and techniques. I gradually increase the intensity of the drills as the session goes on and cool the athlete down through wrestling drills.
