More About Coach Micah
I typically train athletes that are between 7th grade and 12th grade, but am willing to workout with athletes of any age. I have been training for just a couple months thus far, but I have been playing basketball my entire life. My knowledge comes from years of researching workouts, as well as taking from what I have been taught during workouts with high caliber trainers and skills camps held by professional basketball players.
I played three years of varsity basketball at Whitko High School in South Whitley, IN. We were county champs my senior season. I played in a tournament in Europe with one of my travel teams in 2018 and we won gold. My biggest athletic accomplishment thus far in my career is signing to play basketball at Bethel University. I am currently in my second season.
I tend to focus more on ball handling agility, and shooting. These three aspects are key to becoming an offensive threat. I use unorthodox drills to fully enhance your ball handling because doing the same drills over and over won't make you better. You need always keep your body guessing. It also puts more fun in fundamentals.

Client Reviews
Jordan Kerner, Assistant Coach at IU Southeast (Testimonial)
I coached Micah as a player for several years. He was always a tremendous shooter and I always saw him as a student of the game. He understood how to space the floor and be effective as a shooter. He will be able to teach athletes how to space the floor, how to be an effective shooter (spot up, coming off screens, etc) provide solid drill work to develop the athlete to reach the next level.
Jermayn Davis, Former Teammate (Testimonial)
I used to play AAU basketball with Micah. When we first met we became friends instantly because of his love for the game of basketball. He’s very strategic and one of the best shooters I know. Every time we played, he had something to tell me to benefit me. He always talked about one day becoming a trainer and I guess he’s made his mind up.
Deric Adams, Assistant Coach at Canterbury High School (Testimonial)
I had the pleasure of coaching Micah when he was in my AAU program and knew him as an insightful and inquisitive player. He always worked hard on the little details we preached and the understanding of their importance of the game. He also has a servants heart and was always about his teammates successes as well.
Torrey Gibson, Parent (Testimonial)
