I was recently an Assistant Varsity Girl's Basketball Coach at a local high school in Washington. I was responsible for on the floor coaching in games and practices for the freshmen team. I also assisted in scouting varsity game opponents and developing game plans. Prior to this coaching position, I was a Head Varsity Basketball coach at Selah High School in Washington. I was responsible for on the floor coaching in games and practices of the varsity team, scouting opponents and developing game plans. In addition, I was responsible for providing guidance to all assistant coaches regarding coaching methods and evaluating the performance of assistant coaches with both the high school program and the junior high basketball program. I counseled student athletes in sport participation and developed, motivated, and assisted in the academic and athletic excellence.

I have also coached at the collegiate levels. For two years I was an Assistant Coach at Tacoma Community College. I was responsible for on the floor coaching in games and practice, breaking down game film on all opponents and generating comprehensive scouting reports on opponents, and implementing a year-round conditioning program and in-season strength training program. I also assisted with the recruitment of quality student-athletes both on and off campus. Prior to my time at Tacoma Community College, I was an assistant coach/co-defensive coordinator for Central Washington University's Women's Basketball team.

I have been a coach at the Northwest Basketball Camps, Skyhawk's Sports Academy and CWU Women's Basketball Camp.

I ran cross country and track at Vincennes University in Indiana. I then played basketball and ran cross country for the 85th Maintenance Company of the US Army in Fort Lewis, Washington. I also ran track and cross country at Central Washington University. I was the team captain of the Central Washington Cross Country team and was voted as the Most Inspirational Runner for the team as well.
