More About Coach Meredith
For the past 6 years, I have trained athletes of all ages, ranging from Kindergarten to college. Whether it is players who are just beginning, or those who compete at an elite level, I have coached at all skill levels. I've studied under legendary high school and college coaches, as well as former professional athletes.
Competed at Division I level at Towson University in Baltimore, MD. Received honors in All-American, All-Conference and All-State capacities. Also, a member of 1,000 point club. Named Most Courageous by a basketball association in New Jersey.
First sessions are used to evaluate players, identify strengths and weakness and show the video analysis of shooting form. Fundamentals are the largest focus of my training. A quarter of the workout will include form shooting and correcting any mechanical issues. Another quarter will be dedicated to ball handling, while the other half will be designed to improve the skills the athlete has expressed interest in improving.

Coach Meredith was an incredible coach. Our 15 yr old son needed a tune up before JV tryouts began and her approach was spot on. She improved every aspect of his game and reminded him of how important the mental aspect of the game is.
