More About Coach Meredith
I have experience coaching and training endurance athletes across a range of levels, from beginners new to structured training to experienced athletes transitioning from prior competitive careers. I am a UESCA-certified triathlon coach and a NASM-certified personal trainer, with a strong background in endurance sport and athlete development.
I competed as an NCAA Division I rower and have been involved in triathlon since graduating in 2017, which gives me firsthand experience with high-level training demands, performance progression, and long-term athletic development. As a coach, I especially enjoy working with triathlon newcomers—helping them build confidence, consistency, and sustainable habits—as well as athletes who want to remain competitive after stepping away from collegiate or elite sport.
I typically work with adult athletes and young adults, tailoring training to individual goals, life demands, and athletic history, with an emphasis on smart progression, injury prevention, and long-term enjoyment of the sport.
I competed at the NCAA Division I level as a rower at the University of San Diego, where I balanced high-level athletic performance with academic excellence and earned multiple All-Conference Academic honors. During my collegiate rowing career, I was a two-time invitee to the U.S. Under-23 National Team Selection Camp.
I have nearly 10 years of experience in triathlon, with six IRONMAN 70.3 finishes. In 2024, I qualified for the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Taupō, New Zealand, reflecting sustained competitive involvement and long-term progression in the sport.
Most sessions will be delivered via TrainingPeaks. At the beginning of services, we will have a video call or two to discuss goals, upcoming races, any prior injuries, and likes or dislikes in training. To complement the training delivered on TrainingPeaks, communications will be present through email and monthly video calls.
In person sessions are also available for form analysis and immediate feedback. Only in the Colorado Springs Area.
