- In-person sessions: Tailored to the individual's goals. Can include running through a speed &/or agility workout, form work/drills, strength & conditioning/flexibility work, and/or plyometric work. We can also develop a training plan and discuss topics including recovery, nutrition, sleep, competition, injury prevention & mental improvements.
- 1 booked, in-person 1 hour session will also include 1 week of unlimited access with me (phone/email). Any additional in-person sessions that same week will be spent specifically focused on improvements toward your goals.

- Remote sessions: Also tailored to the individual's goals. We can talk about all the topics listed above and work on a full training plan. Beneficial for those that live far away. *Some in-person sessions could be strongly encouraged early on for full understanding of concepts.*
- Session packages are either for 1 week or 1 month. For the 1 month package, the plan is delivered in weekly increments to adapt to current needs and be as flexible as possible. Unlimited access with me (phone/email) is included each week to discuss any questions/thoughts.
