Former collegiate soccer player and CSCS-certified coach with a degree in Exercise Science and 2,000+ hours of coaching. I use the Constraints-Led Approach (CLA) to help players master movement, decision-making, and perform with confidence under pressure.
I played collegiate soccer at Endicott College, competing at a high level while studying Exercise Science and Psychology. My experience as a college athlete shaped my understanding of performance, preparation, and mindset—lessons I now pass on to help players bridge the gap between training and real-game performance.
Each session blends movement prep, technical skill work, and decision-based drills that challenge players to adapt and think under pressure. Using the Constraints-Led Approach (CLA), I create realistic training environments that mimic the demands of the game, helping athletes improve ball control, timing, and tactical awareness while building strength and confidence.
