I have coached athletes for 2 years in improving their speed and agility. I have coached athletes at the high school level entering college. I work with all ages, from very young to even older ages upwards of 60.
I have played 2 years so far of NCAA men’s soccer for the University of Dallas. I have played in every single college match since I started and started in almost half of them.
10-12 minutes warm up, dynamic stretching and form specific movements. I focused on form heavily to improve sprint mechanics. Then the other half of the session is speed and agility and acceleration work for the athlete depending on their main sport.
