I have worked with 10 to 14 years old kids. I have also worked with 18 to 23 years old people. Right now i’m not coaching any team, just doing individual sessions with soccer players or just regular people who want to train and stay in good shape.

I like to focus on the technique of the athletes with drills that brings similarity with a game. I like to go as close as posible to game reality and make them work with situations that are going to happend in the game. At the same time i coach them on what the scenarios are they going to be on, and ask them about what would they do in every scenario making them finding answers for the game and then practicing them. Also, I do regular drills that help with coordination, stamina, shooting etc. in case the client want to focus only on 1 specific point.
