Just a few years removed from playing at the highest level of Division 1 Lacrosse, I have spent many springs/summers traveling the east coast on the tournament circuit coaching players of all ages and skill sets. I love to work with players that are new to the game that are looking to build their foundation of skills and a love for the sport. If a player is more developed and looking to hone their game for the Highschool/Prep or Collegiate level I have plenty of experience by putting in the work myself and helping many others players get that point as well.

Sessions will be custom tailored for each player determined by their age, experience, & position. You can expect to work on all facets of the game from Stick Skills, Shooting, Ground Balls, Defensive Footwork, & Conditioning.
