Sessions usually are in between 50 min to 90 min depending of the age.
Sessions are usually split in 4 main parts.
1- Warm up.
2- Main skill/ability to be improved.
3- fun game (related to the main topic of session).
4- cool down.

I focus on the development of the individual in general.
It includes physical, technical, tactical and mental skills.

I don’t think I’ve ever heard my kids say a training was “super fun”, but that’s exactly what my kids said after their training. Coach was completely engaged with my boys and very attentive. His input was very specific which as a parent was refreshing to hear (not the generic input I’ve been hearing from coaches and past trainers).
