Sessions usually are in between 50 min to 90 min depending of the age.
Sessions are usually split in 4 main parts.
1- Warm up.
2- Main skill/ability to be improved.
3- fun game (related to the main topic of session).
4- cool down.
I focus on the development of the individual in general.
It includes physical, technical, tactical and mental skills.
