More About Coach Maurice
I have been training players for over 4 years now. I have coached and trained at the middle school and high school levels. I worked with Cambridge Pride 8th grade travel team and as an assistant coach for JV and Varsity at the Cambridge Rindge and Latin School. I typically work with middle school, high school, and college players.
I am currently a 3 year professional basketball player. In 2021, my team and I were rewarded as TBL Eastern Conference Champions, we made it to be recognized as TBL National Championship Finalist, and Regular Season East Region Champions. I have overseas experience. I played a year in Czech Republic at the 2nd, 1st, and Top divisions. I also played division 1 NCAA and NJCAA Basketball at North Carolina A&T (NCAA D1), Western Texas College (NJCAA D1), and Niagara University (NCAA).
I focus on the development of each player I work with. Enhancing their awareness to game situations. I focus on body control, read and react situations, playing with pace, playing at different speeds, playing at different heights, getting to spots on the court, strength, conditioning, athleticism, mental preparation, and just overall confidence as a player. Every session begins with a dynamic warm up so the body can reach its full potential and to avoid injuries. I'll then have a specific focus for the day and incorporate drills around that specific focus.

Parent of Athlete (Testimonial)
Thomas ate dinner and played an hour and a half of pickup at the park. Looked aggressive and decisive at times. Slow grind but he's getting there. He tried to just walk out in the rain to work on his ball handling again but I asked him to take the night off... I think he has that bug Mo.
