Basketball is a global sport and I'm blessed to say I have played with and against some of the best players in the world. I've played professionally and once I was done I've taken the things I've learned to teach male and females of all ages and skill levels. I do sports specific exercises while I am currently studying to receive my certification in personal training but never losing focus on the main objective which is skill and mental development as a basketball player.

I played basketball in high school, D1 university and professionally in the NBA developmental league, China and in Canada. Also receiving more then 50 individual and team awards along the way.

My main focus is always fundamentals. We would warm up then stretc then get into ballhandling. After seeing your level of skill we would adjust. Get into some shooting then a few drills equal but challenging to your current skills level.
