I’ve been working with athletes since 2015! Of those athletes, I’ve worked with the youth, high school, college and professional! I started out working for a company but have since went into business for myself and have gym space in Habor City, CA.

I have a love for just about all sports however I played mostly basketball since my childhood. Played all four years in high school and four years in college. I still play in a couple of adult leagues.

A session with me is always going to focus on what the client is in need of! Depending on the sport, our session will always be sport specific because that’s what you’re here to train! I go through some correctives and the main strength training session will be focused on what we need to get better at for our specific sport!
