Matt Z.

Hi, I'm coach Matt. I have been a coach at Beverly Hills basketball league for about 5 years. In those seasons, I have been awarded "Coach of the Year" as well as the "Coach Sportsmanship Award." I have guided 3 of my teams to the championship game, winning 2 of them. Last year, I was invited to serve on the Board of Directors at the basketball league, where I am currently the Director of the Major Boys Division.

I love working with children and young adults, and inspiring them to be the best they can be.

Sports has always been an integral part of my life. I was a 4 year athlete at Beverly Hills High School ('98-'02) and continued playing sports at an inter-mural level in college as well. I graduated The University of Southern California in 2007. I have played and coached sports my whole life, and am very hands-on in terms of participation with the children. Making it a much more enjoyable experience for the kids.

Confidence, leadership, hard-work, and a commitment to excellence is what I teach.
