I encourage my students to be early so they understand the importance of properly warming up and strengthening their arm. I provide my students with a log book like the pro's use to track their daily routine. Pitching has become a science lately, so why not take advantage of these tricks and drills? My goal is to make every one of my students stand out (hitters and pitchers) and be the best and most confident player on the field.
