Coached many draft picks and several players that have moved on to the college level. Also have experience on the recruiting side. Hold two Sport Management Degrees as well as a degree sports philosophy.

Based off the need of the client. Generally we will work on the mental game and incorporating the physical fundamentals needed to become a well-rounded player. Each hitter is different, but I combine the theories of linear and rotational hitting into putting together a player's fundamental approach to hitting. Fielding is done in a way to highlight the strength of the player. Basic fundamental workouts will be put into play daily while teaching the mechanics of how a fielder is to approach the game. The mental approach to hitting and fielding will be incorporated into the daily routine in order to become the smartest player on the field.
