A usual session would consist of first stretching and warming up. At this point, I would be analyzing your child's athleticism and balance. If his balance or explosiveness is not up to par then we would do drills specifically for the purpose of developing balance and explosion. After we have done this we would move on to hitting and I would take video analyze the video and show the areas in which an adjustment might be needed and create a gameplan from there.
