I have been coaching/training soccer players for 7 years. I train soccer players from as little as 3 years old to college/professional athletes. I mostly work with high school and college athletes but train all ages. I have a coaching license.

I currently play professional soccer for Irvine Zeta FC. 5 plus years of professional experience and College soccer experience. Played professional soccer in San Diego, Ventura county, and Los Angeles area.

I ask prior what the player wants to work on/ get better and I plan the session on that topic. Warmup-fundamentals-strength/conditioning-game like scenarios.
